Hey guys, it's Chelsea, and I am here to welcome you to a very special episode of the Financial Confessions.

Now, this episode is special for a few reasons. First and probably foremost, because it is with my actual good friend and friend of TFD and former guest of the show, Aaron Lowry of Broke Millennial.

She is like me, a fellow New Yorker. We see each other

frequently on off hours, but she's also kind enough to collaborate with me on special TFD stuff.

And in this case, it was our first live podcast ever. We held it at the very end of 2022 here in

Manhattan. And we wanted to do something kind of fun and lighthearted after what was, you know, a pretty turbulent financial year in 2022.

So we decided that we'd talk all about the big flops of the year, kind of what we were leaving behind and what we were bringing along with us.

And since we're passing the midpoint of this season of the financial confessions,

I thought it would be a nice time to drop in this very special live episode with Aaron

and look back a little bit at what we left behind last year and reaffirm our values for the good

stuff that we're bringing with us financially and otherwise through 2023.
