What is the one thing that is holding you back from achieving your goals and dreams?

It is your phone. More specifically, your phone addiction.

The apps on our phones, our favourite apps that we love to check 5 million times a day,

are using the same dopamine loop reward mechanisms that keep you addicted to things like slot machines.

The truth is, to these kids, nothing beats the instant dopamine reward of scrolling on their

iPads. And that's what we need to protect them from and ourselves.

who I'm not going to lie, is slightly, very slightly hungover. I don't know why I do this to myself.

I have a recording studio booked once a month to come and do

all of my episodes, arguably my most important work of the entire month of everything I have to do.

And why does she self-sabotage? Why does she go out and drink a bottle of red wine? I did have a lovely time. I went to a

Valentine's party with my friend Sam. Said party was basically a room in Shoreditch House with a

DJ playing to three women dancing and two men standing in the corner. It was the saddest Valentine's

party I've ever seen in my life. We had the most

amazing dinner. There was this couple next door to us who the girl was very, very drunk and basically

got sick of her date and tried to join us. So that was fun. It also reminded me that we are living in a universe of endless possibilities

and we do not even know all of the amazing things that are out there for us.

And as I'm thinking about this, I'm mostly thinking about how my idea that there are just

shitmen all over the world is probably not true because my

friend Sam had zero idea that Lily Allen had a new album, like zero idea. She had not

even heard of Pussy Palace. And I was like, if that is not evidence that we are living

in alternate realities and universes in the same place,
