So let's talk money. I am totally going off the cuff today

and making this podcast. I don't have any notes in front of me. Usually I do like prep work on

different statistics I want to touch on or three big points I want to touch on. And I, and I was just ranting

about this with Shea. And I'm like, you know what? I need to make a podcast on this right now.

And here's what I'm going to talk about today. I'm going to talk about how what I'm seeing happen over and over and over.

And what I saw happen when I was in corporate is women belittling themselves so much in their

role or in the role they want to get to in corporate in their business in all of these

different ways that is costing them in as the

end result costing them money. So let's talk about this. First, let me go back and then I'll talk

about what brought this up for me. Okay. So this is going to be a very real episode,

very unedited. And let's talk through this. So this first

became a really big thing for me when I was applying for jobs. Emma Watson came out with her,

actually, it might have been old. I don't know, but we had to watch her speech in gender studies. I was in gender studies in college.

And we had to watch her speech. I think it was for the UN. And if you just Google like Emma Watson,
