It's a subject I've been wanting to do an episode on for gosh since we started, but I didn't

know how to approach the subject. It was a topic that I don't necessarily even know how to

identify with slash like converse about, even though I'm the woman who literally talks about

the most taboo subjects in like her pussy nine times out of 10. So this is like a very exciting

episode for me to even get out of my comfort zone a little bit. I'm so excited for this week's

guest. You might know her as Francesca eats roses. Francesca works in disordered eating and

teaches embodied eating disorder recovery. And you also showcase healing with plant medicine.

So I'm so late to chat with us. Yeah, well, I love these conversations. They let me up. So

any time of day, I'm here for it. I got to say earlier this morning, I was perusing your social

media and your website. And I just felt like this essence and wave of like calm confidence come

over me. And I was like, you're, I hate to say the word vibe because like God, kill me. But like

your vibe is just so comforting in a topic that is so veiled in fear and unknown. And I'm just

curious, like what is your relationship to the healing and the topic around disordered eating?

Yeah, that's a great question. I guess, well, it's very much a lived experience. I've been in

my own recovery, which is also a word that I'm like, what does that even mean? Because recovery,

it's like, you're not going back to the same place that you started. It's very much a transformation

and an evolution and like additive process. But yeah, it's, it's, for me, these topics are very close
