Another area to look for, those feedback, those pieces of possible potential performance

Another one, paychecks. Paychecks are on time, aren't they? Do you know how difficult it is to

get that right? What would it say if they couldn't get it right? We expect the people in

finance to meet their deadlines. If not, everybody starts screaming. Open arms.
