inside Russia with American weapons, but only to a degree what's the logic behind

Bachelor O'Dell and Joe Sternberg. Joe is based in London. So we're going to

turn away from domestic US politics and the Trump guilty verdict for a respite today and talk about the world, which we always have with us and increasingly more than ever.

Russia is continuing its brutal assault on Kharkiv and eastern Ukraine

as the United States tries to speed up its delivery of weapons. Now that Congress has approved some 60 billion in new military aid.

President Biden last week leaked or the White House leaked to the press that he is also going to allow Ukraine to use some of those American weapons to attack Russian targets inside Russia.

The US had over the course of the war precluded that opportunity

from Ukraine. Ukraine could use its own weapons, but not America's more advanced weapons.

But as always with the Joe Biden policy on Ukraine, there's a catch.

It can't use the most effective US weapons to strike Russia, in particular the long-range attack of
