Well, this is just a gun trial. The tax trial I think is in August in California.

This is in Delaware and there's three counts. They're basically very simple all stemming from the same act in 2018.

He bought a 38 from a gun dealer. He lied on the federal form and lied to the gun

dealer by saying he wasn't an addict or user. And then he's also charged with

one count of possessing the gun, which he had for 11 days.
