So how you feel after exercise

tells a lot about the health of your adrenals, of your heart, and your whole body.

Okay, so let's say for example, you're exercising over a period of time,

certain intensity, and then you stop working out.

So the question is, do you recover fast?

Or does it take you a long time to recover?

Are you tired the next day, exhausted? Do you find that that night you can't sleep? Your pulse rate won't come down. You feel sore for days and days and days.

That means that your adrenals and your heart are not quite strong enough yet to handle that much exercise.
