| 0:30.2 | You have aerobic and anaerobic. |
| 0:33.5 | Aerobic means with oxygen and aerobic means without oxygen. |
| 0:38.4 | Now, of course, when you're doing this type of exercise, you are getting a lot of oxygen |

| 0:44.0 | But if we were to compare weight training with other types of exercise, you may not get |
