Today is a special day for me.

It is my five-year wedding anniversary.

I've been with my wife for 10 years,

and I wanted to share a story with you guys,

a lesson that my wife has taught me early on in our relationship.

That has really been a theme of what I believe has allowed me to achieve some of the things

that I've wanted to achieve in my entrepreneurial journey. And I see this quality and this trait

and so many successful people that I admire that I have a lot of

respect for. And, you know, this last week was a crazy busy week. I think last week I shared with you

guys closed on the Firelight Lodge, the third hotel up in Lake Tahoe. And it's just been a whirlwind

of a week. That was probably the most challenging transaction of my entire career.

I've been in close to 1,000 transactions over the 12-year real estate and real estate investing

journey.

And hands down was one of the most challenging ones.
