the most valuable gifts you can give yourself is time, taking time to be more fully present.

This is gonna be so good of all the lessons I've learned in my entire life. This may be at

0:32.3

the very, very, very top of the list. I first had this lesson, probably it was in my 20s.

0:41.1

1:45.2

Or I am unkind. Or I'm crazy. Or I believe them. They know themselves much better than

1:53.9

you do. But no, more often than not, those of us who don't trust life say don't say

2:02.2

a thing like that. You're not really crazy. You're not really unkind. You're not really

2:09.4

mean. And soon as you say that, the person shows you, I told you, I told you I was unkind.

2:18.8

So now why are you angry? When she first told me this story, I was

talking about some bad relationship or relationship gone bad because of my own choices. And she
