Friday training. Thank you so much to our Friday training. It's asked me

anything then. So we're gonna train by giving those questions.

Well, you've done 20 plus Wednesday and then it'll be to the more today,

year today. What is the most important thing and the most important aspect

why you're being interviewed? And how can you really bring that to light? Not just

in the sports world, but what's the most important aspect of being interviewed?

Yeah, well, first of all, knowing yourself as we talked about with Sally

there. So understanding the lessons that you want to get across that are

resonating with you and hopefully are resonating with the audience specific to

the interview that you're doing. And so I look at the lessons and then the

stories because that's the best way that not only people learn, but it's also

the way that we find out the frequency or find out what resonates with those

peoples. And stories are the best way to share those lessons. And for me, it's

goes both ways. Whether I'm being interviewed or giving an interview, for

example, I was with Bob Parsons, who is the founder of GoDaddy. And we had just

an extraordinary conversation. And I took away a nugget from a lesson from him.

He's a great storyteller. Obviously, you don't have such a business as GoDaddy.

I think he exited for four billion or more, but you don't build a business like

that if you don't know how to tell stories and teach lessons. So I asked him

a question about loving yourself and loving what you do. And I thought he was

going to give me the standard answer of the billionaires, millionaires,

...
