The biggest mistake I used to make was not prioritizing my health, I would put my family first, then my work, then my health. One day I asked my wife, “what can I do for you?” and she told me that I needed to take care of myself so that I could take care of others. 0:07.0	You know, I'm thinking about why I watch that video,
0:10.0	one of the biggest takeaways that I've had.
0:12.0	And that's why I'm here, hopefully,
0:14.0	to teach lessons by telling stories,
0:16.0	which I've always found to be the best way to learn lessons.
0:19.0	But I'm going to teach a lesson that's probably
0:21.0	more valuable than any other lesson.
0:23.0	And that's how do we learn lessons?
0:25.0	And I've been to college, law school, graduate school,
0:28.0	business school, every webinar seminar,
0:31.0	workshop that there is, and what the result has been,
0:34.0	the majority of all of that education of lessons
0:37.0	is a whole bunch of storage units and garages full of boxes.
0:42.0	And so, one of the most valuable lessons that I've learned
0:46.0	is how do we learn and what lessons do we keep
0:49.0	and how do we access those lessons.
0:51.0	So, one of the things that I've learned throughout time
0:53.0	is that we have here with your job.
