So I wanted to have as a discussion, how do we mentally mind the inevitable dips when they

hit us in our businesses in our life? And let's just start with you, Mike Zeno.

Okay.

So I think the first thing to realize is that they're going to happen.

And I think that having a community of people that are telling you that there are definitely going to be times in this business model where they're going to be dips.

Dips, I mean, what is the defined?

I guess maybe you're having a lackluster mailer or maybe you're not getting the response you thought with your advertising or any of these things along the way with the land investing.

Just knowing that they're there is good,

but I guess it may not totally prepare you for when it happens, right? It's sort of like

when it happens, you're in the middle of it. And I would say one thing that I would do,

and I do do, is just to go back to the processes that I know are going to bring results.

It's time to double down.
