How do you set your goals for the year?

Well, I guess, you know, I try and operate on the 12-week year system.

So every quarter is essentially a year.

But looking at 2018 as a whole as well, you know, I kind of look at both of those aspects when I'm considering my goals and kind of ramping up through the year.
