This week on the Mark Levin Show, there’s a full-scale effort by President Biden and his surrogates to suggest that Biden has the power to use the 14th Amendment to lift the debt ceiling. This is as dictatorial and totalitarian as it gets. If Biden thought he had this power, why didn’t he use it months ago? The left wraps themselves in the Constitution while they violate the Constitution. Democrat judges and prosecutors are going to lengths to derail Donald Trump’s campaign for re-election, throwing phony charges and special prosecutors at Trump in order to interrupt his campaign. Democrats are using propagandists in the media to keep lying about the Constitution giving the power to destroy the economy, and at the same time blaming Republicans for a default on our debt. The 14th Amendment is a post-civil War amendment for Confederate soldiers, not to grant the president the power of the purse and allow him to propose and pass a budget and raise debt like Biden wants. IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley has a lot of guts and has put his career on the line to expose the preferential treatment of Hunter Biden.
