Mob rule pushed the media and the prosecution to rush these charges instead of gathering the facts and witnesses. Now the prosecution is angling for a mistrial since their star-witness blew it. Former White House Trade Advisor, Peter Navarro, calls in to discuss his new book "In Trump Time: My Journal of America’s Plague Year." Navarro shared personal anecdotes of his years in the Trump Administration and how he witnessed the media lie by omission on various occasions including regarding the coronavirus. President Biden attempted to silence free speech by nominating Gigi Sohn to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) to control the airwaves and destroy conservative talk radio. Sohn says she will shackle broadband providers and censor Fox News by preventing cable providers from carrying the network. If confirmed, Sohn will likely end free speech on the airwaves unless patriots speak up. Then, the ongoing investigation into the January 6th riot is the biggest investigation in U.S history, according to the Attorney General. The Democrats and never-Trump Republicans on the Congressional select-committee have now issued new subpoenas into Trump's senior team. 0:30.4	Number one, this young man should never have been charged with murder of any kind.

0:38.4	Number two, this young man should never have been charged with anything.
0:45.4	I watch this assistant DA who wants to become the elected DA.
0:50.4	And he's a disgrace.
0:55.4	These charges were leveled against Rittenhouse within 36 or 48 hours of the events.
1:07.4	When you're going to charge somebody with murder, you need to have a little bit more time to go through the facts, particularly in this case,
1:17.4	where even if you didn't have all the facts, you knew there was the potential for a reasonable self-defense argument.
1:29.4	And that's why you take your time.
1:31.4	But this is what the mob has done in this country.
1:33.4	People are being charged and they're being charged quickly when they shouldn't be charged quickly.
1:37.4	And then some cases shouldn't be charged at all.
1:42.4	Kyle Rittenhouse shot three people.
1:49.4	The first two died.
