Bob and Sherry. So Monday afternoon, I pulled my, I severely pulled my gastrochneneous muscle, I think that's how you pronounce it,

which is in my calf. And luckily, it's not as bad as it could be. You know, sometimes those

things require surgery. This was just a really bad strain. And it really hurt. And I could not even

walk. I mean, I was hopping on one leg. And so when bedtime came around, that kind of changed our bedtime routine

because I had, I had it on ice, and I was sitting with it elevated. And the bedtime routine at

our house is, you know, we finish homework and getting everything ready for the next day at school.

And then I take the girls upstairs and make sure everyone's teeth are brush. And I tuck everybody in

and give them kisses and hugs

and that's our bedtime routine. But Monday night, I couldn't walk up the steps and I couldn't hop.

And so I called Karamea into the kitchen and I said, I cannot get up the steps tonight, honey,

and with my leg, it is a mess. So I'm going to give you a big hug and a kiss here and um and i'll

get up there in the morning if i have to crawl because the other half of the routine is in the

morning before i leave to come here i go up and i kiss them and tuck them in and tell them to have a

good day even if they don't wake up right so so carmi is like well can kevin give you a piggyback ride upstairs i said no honey that wouldn't be good well, can Kevin give you a piggyback ride upstairs?

I said, no, honey, that wouldn't be good for Kevin to give me a piggyback ride.

Well, can you crawl on your tummy?

Well, no, sweetie.

I've got to keep my leg elevated and keep ice on it.
