My name is Jeff and today Aaron and Greg and I are going to be talking about some of our favorite mountain bike trails.

So if there's one thing that we've all learned over the years, it's that great mountain bike trails can be found almost anywhere on the planet.

And the southeastern USA is no exception, where we've got a mix of topography ranging from steep mountains to flat coastal

plains. Not only that, the mild winters and lush vegetation make for generally scenic rides

year-round. So all three of us, Greg Aaron and I, have lived and mountain-biked in the southeast

pretty extensively. So today we're going to share some of our personal favorite

places to ride. And we're going to start by talking about some of the best all-round trail

systems. We'll mention some shuttle runs, epic rides, and then we're going to move into

recommendations for destinations that are worthy of spending several days exploring. So let's kick it off by talking

about some of our favorite all-round trail systems in the southeast. And when I say all-round,

what I'm talking about are trails that offer, you know, a lot of different trails for different

abilities, good mileage, other amenities like pump tracks and

restrooms and all that kind of stuff. So Greg, kick it off for us. What's one of your

favorite all-round mountain bike trail systems in the southeast? Yeah, one of the key trail systems

that comes to mind when you say that is DuPont State Forest in North Carolina. And DuPont is just, it's an expansive trail

system, tons of mileage, but it really hits the idea of having something for everyone.
