Welcome on to our Hollinger and Duncan post-trade deadline extravaganza.

We have much to discuss here.

We'll talk biggest winners, biggest losers, players who are most going to benefit and be

hurt, our favorite moves, least favorite moves, non-Danchich division.

And because we did record on Donchich and a fair amount on Fox.

I do want to talk a little bit more about Fox too.

And a bunch of other interesting questions to take stock of what occurred this crazy,

crazy trade deadline.

So I don't know.

You want to just give me some like general thoughts on what happened and the market and some just like observations on just how things went and trends, that kind of thing?

Well, for all the talk about how the aprons and stuff would be barriers to trading, I think teams figured out how to deal with it for the most

part. And so we saw about the same amount of activity. We did see what was interesting. I thought

the apron, the first apron became a factor in a couple of cases where teams didn't go all the way

under the tax, but made sure to get themselves enough below the first apron that they could play in the buyout market. We saw Golden State do that. We saw Miami do that.

So I thought that was an interesting wrinkle. Yeah. And I'll say this too. While I was one of those

people who said, no, this whole apron thing's overblown. In the words of Dr. Ian Malcolm from

Jurassic Park, life finds a way.

But the second apron teams were totally screwed by it, right?

Like Jimmy Butler would probably be on the Phoenix Suns right now

if it weren't for the second apron.

They could have just aggregated some of the guys together.
