What is the best and fastest way to change someone?

I can't tell you how often people come to coaching and they say, you know,

everything's good in their life, but there's just this person that needs to do something differently in order for them to be happy.

Maybe their husband or wife needs to stop doing something or their best friend or their boss or their team.

Someone needs to stop doing something or start doing something and then they'll be happy

their life will be 100%. So I'm going to share with you today the best and quickest way to

change someone else. Are you ready? It's a million dollar answer. Well it's this good

news and bad news at once. You can't. You cannot change a person and if you think you can, if you

think changing someone is available, easy, possible, I would beseech you to look at yourself and to think how hard it is or how

unwanted it is when someone tells you something that you should change. Right? You should be doing this less, you should be doing this more, you

should not be on social media so much, you should stop eating food like that, you should

start socialising more, you should really get out there more and start dating.

Like whatever it may be that someone wants to change in you, I think we've all had this

right with a parent, with a partner, friends, different influences, people will suggest a change or encourage a change and nothing happens, right?

In some cases, if the desire is there from us, we will seek out information and make changes or we will learn

and observe just through the power of observation we'll see someone doing something it will

inspire us and maybe we'll take action to change or grow or expand as a result.
