challenge. You did the research yesterday. You shouldn't have done that.

This is what you get for hiring a hypochondriac. I'm always like what are the risks? Am I

going to die from this? How do I not die? How do I prepare? Yesterday I spent like

half the day on YouTube trying to figure out how am I gonna to survive this because I've only done a cold

plunge once and I think I got like waist deep and lasted like 20 seconds so I'm like if this is going to be

even colder and I have to get up to my neck it might be a day to take a little trip to a hospital.

If you don't know what we're talking about, we are all competing to have Friday off this

morning and we have an ice bath set up downstairs at Tommy will describe

for us here in just a couple seconds he's the only one that's seen it and

whoever stays in that ice bath the longest today is getting Friday off.

Mo's going to use it if he gets it to visit your grandmother, right?

Abby's might be the most romantic motivation.

Yes, for me, I'm trying to replace some regret that I had a couple of weeks ago where I had the option to extend my magical stay in London by a day to see a man.
