Yes, I'm determined for there never to be another lonely girl in the 404 area code.

Well, we've talked about this for the last couple of weeks where I feel like I'm kind

of going through a friendship dry spell and I think that's really common for people

this age.

I know that I'm not alone in this and based off my dms, I know that there are lots of other

young women in this area that are kind of feeling this way and it's so hard to talk

about because I feel like the older and older you get the more stigmatized it is to say,

I don't really have a lot of friends because I think there's this kind of understanding

that you should just be collecting friends throughout your life.

But as you're growing and you're changing and your life moves in all kinds of different

directions, feel like you just start to lose friends.

And that's kind of what I've been hearing from different women who have been sliding into

my dms ever since I talked about it on the air and I kind of thought, you know, it's

really great that I have this platform where I can put out into the universe.

I would like more friends and then people come to me.

But not everyone gets to talk out of microphone and have people say, hey, let's grab coffee.

So I thought, what if I use my platform for good and I bring a bunch of girls together

that are in the same boat or in the same position who want more friends and we all have

a little get together because there's a lot of us.

So I'm propositioning a Bert Show listener girl gang meet up in the next couple of weeks.
