Our goal is to understand how self-doubt often perceived as negativity can actually serve as a catalyst

for more of our expansion. I know that sounds a little crazy. How can self-doubt create a catalyst

for expansion.

Let's dive deeper.

So self-doubt involves questioning our abilities or our decisions, eyes.

It's basically a natural response when we're faced with any type of uncertainty or a challenging situation.

Let's think about it.

If you were doing something that you could do with your

eyes close, that was very easy, are you going to have self-doubt? Of course not. Because you know

you can do it. It's not very challenging. Right. No big deal. But when you start to step out of your

comfort zone and you start to push past your perceived

capabilities and you're right there on the edge, all of a sudden you're met with that doubt.

Right. But what is that really a signal of?

That's a signal that you're nearing the end of your current comfort zone.

And you're not so sure about what happens next because you haven't really done that.

So the doubt comes in.

The ego, the opponent, whatever is good for you.
