Hello everybody, welcome back to a Best of Summer Special brought to you by Joe together

with our friends Ag in a summer. I hear you say yes well quiet as the rain lashes down.

What better way to spend an hour as we look back over some of the most enjoyable stories

in our first year of the show. And on this episode we are going to focus solely on one

man. You'll be gobsmacked to hear that man is not Mr James Haskell but instead it is

the best of the three wonderful episodes that we did with Mr Ben Ryan. The England 7's

coach you went on to win Olympic gold of course with Fiji. As I mentioned he came in for

three shows over the course of our first series and over the next 60 minutes or so we'll

bring you some of the very best moments. But before we get into all of that we do need

to just start with an issue that has haunted the show ever since we began. It is the mystery

breather. There are a couple things I wanted to just cover off myself this week because

I know you will always start with the agenda. When I listen to this podcast back one of us

is a massive day snorah so on the audio when you listen to it back someone is serious

heavy breather and I think it's tins because I think he's got a nose like a whistle he sounds

a bit like a kettle or it's me real heavy breathing and I've had a few comments from

people. No it's just like heavy breathing in between talking and so when you're doing

a little piece you can hear it and with tins you can hear it's a little whistle as it
