We are in a series in title revealing the mystery and John chapter 3 is what I'm calling the beginning of the ministry

Now John chapter 1 was the beginning of the mystery John chapter 2 the beginning of the miracles John, the beginning of the miracles, John 3, the beginning of the ministry.

By the way, those of you that are doing your homework reading ahead, John 4 will be the beginning

of the mission, and you'll try to figure out why I'm calling it the mission all right so this is the beginning of the ministry and I want to show you a verse I want to begin with probably the most famous verse in the Bible and I understand understand that. John, that would be John Chapter 3,

16. And I know many of you've read it many, many times and you probably have it memorized,

but I want you to pretend like this is the first time you've ever heard this.

I want you to put yourself in the place of Nicodemus today and think about what Jesus

Christ is saying in this verse. John chapter 3, verse 16.

For God so loved the world.

That right there is amazing to me.

God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in

him should not perish to have everlasting life.

And then I want you to look at verse 17.

For God, it begins the same way.

Did not send his son into the world

to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be

say, I want you to know something, I want you to get this in you, this phrase has been

going off in me, I'd say every day, several times a day since the beginning of July,

God did not send Jesus into the world to condemn us.

For God did not send His son into the world to condemn us.

God did not send his son into the world that we might be found guilty.

God send his son into the world to declare us not guilty. God send his son into the world to declare us not guilty.
