I was listening to an episode on the way here, last week's episode, in fact.

I do that every week now when I'm coming in here.

And I realize that when I get here, I no longer feel this anxiety about getting on, on Mike.

Why?

I used to feel kind of anxious.

Like, when we started doing our first few episodes, thinking about like,

how am I going to talk about a beer for that long? Like, Rubio really wants to talk about beer for a bit. And I'm just bullshitting all of my flavor notes and my guesses at what

things are saying hot dogs and shit. And now I listen to the jokes I make on each episode

and how I'm able to navigate the tasting portions.
