Hello and welcome to another episode of Prosecuting Donald Trump.

0:13.6

Well in the last 24 hours there have been a series of bombshells in Trump's legal cases

0:22.1

throwing off completely what Mary and I had planned to talk to you about but it's going

0:27.7

to be really fun because there are so many different issues, there's a number of different

0:32.5

developments in the documents case in Florida and there are also some really important

0:38.9

things we want to talk to you about in the DC January 6th investigation all of which

0:45.6

are sort of breaking news and we wanted to give you our take in at Mary once again I've

0:51.6

heard you on the air but we haven't had a chance to talk about it so I can't wait to

0:55.6

get to all of us. Good morning Andrew this is one of these interesting situations we're

1:33.8

in charging instruments by the way we haven't really talked about this like what you put in and

1:37.4

what you take out of an indictment you typically don't put in witness testimony like what a witness

1:43.1

says or even evidence coming from a witness because you don't want to sort of lock yourself in

1:48.9

but you would put in something that is a tape recording like transcript at least a portion of it

1:55.3

you might put in texts or emails things that are sort of very hard definitive where you sort of

2:01.9

know exactly how it's going to come in at trial so there was a part of the transcript but now we

2:08.4

actually have been able to hear the tape recording at least the relevant part of it and it really
