I am friggin sick and I'm not happy about it.

We've had something going around

all last week, all the kids got sick one after the next and I feel like this is always how it goes

I feel like I dodged a bullet We have them for a week and then they go to their dads for a week so we do a week on a week off so last week we had them and then they left you

know starting from Monday the youngest was sick and then the older two got sick and then they were

fine and then they left on Friday and I was like all right we're in the clear and then Saturday morning I woke up and I had the scratchy throat and then I got a runny nose and then I had a fever and now it's Monday and I still

I had a fever this morning I still have the congestion I still have the head cold and it is

freaking annoying and I'm really disappointed at my damn immune system like bro.

Come on I've been around these kids for long enough that I should not be catching

everything that they bring into the house and I am actually using this as an opportunity

to take a look at some of the things

that I'm doing from a nutrition and recovery

and sleep standpoint, mainly just like the food choices like tightening up on my food choices a little bit.

I've definitely been slacking off a little bit more processed food and not as many vegetables as I should be eating.

So maybe this is the kick in the ass that I need.

But the reason this is going to be short and to the point

is because I have a very clear message that is on topic,

like this whole thing that I'm going through of being sick and still

needing to get I didn't want to record because I sound like ass I don't want

anyone to hear my voice like this and have to suffer through it so I, let me just do a quick podcast to get it done to keep the
