I was so honored to talk to Eliza. She's such a warm, amazing human, and she is the definition of

perseverance. She was rejected thousands of times throughout her career, but never gave up.

She brings that scrappiness and determination to Tina, the line cook who we've seen transform

in amazing ways over the show's four seasons. It's just one of the reasons we named Liza,
