Summary

We are in a spiritual battle with Satan. In this fight, our enemy always concentrates his attacks on our thoughts. Whatever happens in our minds translates into our lives; therefore, how we think determines whether we win or lose in life. Wearing God’s Word like armor to protect us is the key to winning in spiritual warfare; it does not involve fighting to win, but standing firm in the victory Jesus has already won. Our thoughts are powerful weapons; however, carelessness in our thought lives gives the enemy an opportunity to turn those weapons against us. We fight back by resisting worldly philosophies and allowing the Word to shape our thinking. Molding our thoughts to God’s thoughts gives us triumph.

0:36.2	about winning in spiritual warfare and we subtitle it the Battle of the Mind
0:44.0	because and we subtitle it, the Battle of the Mind. Because when Satan decides to attack a person,
0:50.0	the first place of attack is your mind.
0:53.0	Your mind is the arena of faith.
0:54.7	Your mind is where you're gonna win it or lose it.
0:57.9	And whatever happens in your mind translates into your life. When you win the battle in your life.
1:02.7	When you win the battle in your mind,
1:05.6	that victory translates in your life.
1:08.8	But if you allow yourself to be deceived in your mind, then the fruit from that defeat shows up in
1:16.7	your life as well. I tell you it's the most important thing. How you think and
1:21.4	what you are thinking about is vitally, vitally important in your life.
1:28.2	And so we're going to spend time focusing in on the battle of the mind and see what has to happen there. But let's look at this verse of scripture
1:35.6	as we get started here. Ephesians chapter 6 and 10. He says finally my
1:40.4	brethren be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might
1:45.1	verse 11 put on the whole armor of God well he notice he says be strong in the
1:50.4	Lord the power of his might how put on the whole armor of God.
