I've been looking at like social media things because i'm such a caveman when it comes

to social media um i wonder what the age the optimal ages right for switching between we didn't have mobile phones, we didn't have smartphones,

and then adapting to the world as it is today, it's fluid, isn't it? It's always going to change.

So there's always going to be left behind. But I found found i found myself lagging behind in terms of like

keeping up with social media and social media is believe it or not a massive part of

this kind of stuff um there's ways of there's ways of coping with it there's ways of

dealing with it you don't even have to do it yourself you have to employ someone from a far off

land and you just send them their stuff your stuff and they format it and over time it gets good

um i think maybe i'm a bit too much of a control freak for that.
