Hello everybody, welcome back to a brand new episode of the Bad broadcast.

My name is Maddie and I am your host and your best friend.

And today on this very special episode, I'm also the president of the Olympic committee.

Yes, I had to Google who's in charge of the Olympics because I didn't know if it was like a mayor

or a commissioner or like a monarchy. I just I wasn't sure, but it is a president.

And today is the very first official bad broad Olympics. So I will be awarding

gold, silver and bronze medals to various categories that we've talked about here on the podcast

or on Instagram and some that you guys submitted that you wanted an official ranking of.

But before we do that, we of course have to get into our love hates for the week.

So let's dive in, shall we? My number one love of the week.

I can't imagine this is not on every single person's love list this week.

Simone Biles is are we all just hopelessly in love with this woman? I know that I am.

I am obsessed with art. Not only is she the greatest athlete of all time,

but she just seems like the coolest, like smartest, funnest, nicest person.

I want to be her best friend. If anybody has a connection to her, just let her know that I am here.

I'm available to be besties. So as we all know this last week, Simone withdrew from the finals.

I don't know if that's the right terminology, but we all know. And she cited a medical reason.

There were no physical industries, injuries. So it was for her mental health, which is just so admirable.

She is using her, like she's on the biggest stage in the world. She's not also not like

casually competing at the Olympics. Like she is carrying the Olympics on her back.
