Welcome to the Bad Broadcast. I'm your host, Maddie Murphy.

Hi everybody, welcome back to a new episode of the Bad Broadcast.

Happy Monday. I feel like, you know, part of the expression,

but I feel like the vibes were absolutely on this week.

Last week was not it for me, not last episode, just like the last calendar week,

because you know when you go out with friends and you're having an absolutely lovely time

and everybody's laughing, your jokes are hitting, and you're just thinking to yourself, wow,

I am so happy to be here with all of these people and with all of these friends.

And then you go home and you go to sleep and you wake up,

and you remember that you had a good night and absolutely nothing negative happened,

but immediately you feel like everybody you were with

has been talking about how much they hate you for the last eight hours,

and about how stupid and annoying you are, and how you ruined everybody's lives forever.

And then you cry for a little bit and you vow to never do anything social ever again.

Cool, cool, cool. So that was kind of the overall theme of last week for me.

So after decompressing from that and starting a new week, I'm feeling better.

I am coming at you live from my parents spare bedroom this week.

I've done this before. Some of you know that I stay here at their house while they're out of town,

because I have a special needs brother who lives here with them, who's just again,

the greatest person I've ever lived, and I stay here while they're gone.

So I've got a pretty fancy setup.
