Welcome to the Hunt's Backcountry podcast, and today we are continuing in our series,

0:06.3

The Backcountry Blueprint. If you are new to this series, I definitely recommend going back to the

0:12.3

previous episodes. Again, this is part five, and I would start at the beginning. We lay the

0:18.2

context for the series, why we're doing it in this data that

0:22.7

you'll hear us discuss, and how that data came together. But essentially, we have 1,500 hunters

0:28.4

because they just enjoy training. Maybe they're an athlete, former athlete. They love working out.

1:36.1

They love the gym. Or other guys like, hey, I'm going to do the least amount possible. I don't like

1:41.6

going to the gym. I don't like working out. I just want to be

1:44.6

outside and do my thing. And so there's all kinds of people with all kinds of experiences and their

1:49.8

past and opinions, honestly, on the best type of training. But again, in today's discussion,
