Summary
Ella finds her stepsister Tracy using her gel pens without her permission, and she wants to make sure that next time, Tracy will ask first.
Narrator: Female
Story Begins: 3:10
The Ask-First Box Excerpt:
Ella took out her journal and reached for her usual pen. Then she remembered the new gel pens her dad had given her for her birthday last week. Ella liked gel pens because they glided smoothly across the page when she wrote, leaving shimmering ink behind. Ella smiled to herself. Using those pens would make her journal look even prettier.
She remembered that she’d set the box of gel pens on the desk beside the family computer. So, Ella carried her journal downstairs and walked over to the computer desk. Immediately, something seemed wrong. The box was open. Ella stopped and looked more closely. Three of the gel pens were missing.
Today’s Meditation: Love flows through you in this meditation as you imagine a baby fawn and mama deer.
