Be guided through a symbolic journey inspired by Plato's Allegory of the Cave, using the Gyana Mudra to enhance inner wisdom and clarity. You'll visualize yourself as a prisoner in the cave, then experience liberation, the ascent to the outside world, and the return. The Gyana Mudra, formed by joining the thumb and index finger, symbolizes knowledge and focus, aiding in discerning truth from illusion. This practice encourages questioning perceptions, seeking deeper understanding, and cultivating inner enlightenment.
