Good morning, guys. I hope you're well. I actually just learned how to angle my podcast mic in the right way.

And you'd think after a few years, I would have researched that, but I didn't. Anyways, now it's in the right place.

I had the cutest morning. I went for an ocean dip with my friend at 6am. And we just in the water and then there's like a beach cafe that I love going to and we sat there, got a coffee.

Then I went home, had a quick rinse and went to Pilates with another friend and then I got matcha with myself and I'm now here recording.

This week we're going to dive into a lone time

because I do live alone so I have been presented with this more

and although I will be talking about living alone,

I think even if you don't, everyone needs a loan time.

And so hopefully there's some things

that might help you.

So let's give you a bit of a timeline.

I used to live alone for a year and a half

when I lived in London at 22 and 23 years old.

And then I moved to Australia with a partner and then we parted ways like four months ago. So I've been reintroduced to living alone and I'm obviously still living in Australia.

And I want to put out that obviously this is a choice in terms of choosing not to live with friends.

And at the same time, I understand it's a privilege to even have this choice.

So I just want to put that out there.
