Summary

In today’s episode, I sit down with Les Brown to talk about building a legacy that outlives you through storytelling, service, and teaching others to carry the mission forward. We discuss why success without successors falls short, how to stay driven after reaching the top, and the importance of a compelling why. Les shares lessons from overcoming stage four cancer, navigating new levels and new devils, and focusing on who you become through the journey. We also get personal about family, sacrifice, and what it means to live full and die empty while creating impact that lasts beyond your lifetime.

our friend Sharon Lecter, uh, annotating that and some great wisdom. One of the reasons I took

that role is our friends who have passed, the Bob Proctor's of the world, the Wayne Dyer's of the

world, because of the way media has changed, I believe that their legacies, their content legacy is threatened because they

1:46.3

didn't have an opportunity to create a social silo of information. They were stuck on DVDs and

1:52.4

CDs and eight track take players or whatever it was and they never got an opportunity to

perpetuate their content. And I thought what a better institute than Napoleon Hill

to perpetuate the content of my mentors, teachers and coaches. For you, as you have lived

with those people, you have filmed yourself and you were friends with them. You obviously have
