Summary

Practice the flow of letting go. Spiritually, letting go allows us to trust in a greater plan or the natural unfolding of events. Modern psychological studies show that practicing acceptance and releasing the need to control others and situations significantly reduces stress and anxiety.

THE UNCONDITIONAL HEART: TURNING ANGER INTO POSITIVE ENERGY

This series is your guide to transforming the energy of anger into something powerful and positive.
