If your motive for leading is service and responsibility, that's good. If it's for what you

get, if it's your rewards, it's really bad. So the first thing is,

are you humble and are you motivated by the service of others versus yourself? Second is the least

important, but it's important, and that's wisdom in the sense of acquiring knowledge, reading books

and learning things and adding, you know, arrows to the quiver of what you know. We tend to worship that, and it's really important to know how to lead, but if you're leading for the wrong reason, if you're not humble, all you're doing is putting very dangerous arrows in your quiver, and when you shoot them, it's going to hurt a lot of people.
