We're going to loosen out of your face and your head and your neck.

Think about relaxing the inside of your ears.

And we're going to breathe in through our

nose. And hold. And exhale. And we're going to do it again. This time, thinking of this week's

mantra, charcutory. If you've been a challoner for a long time, you know that charcutory is my

sort of like pleasant trigger word for relaxation. It's my meditation word, and when I just find

myself needing to calm down, I say the word, sharkutory. Because charcutory makes me happy, but not too

happy. It's not like, weer dog puppy where I'm like,

ha ha ha, and suddenly I'm all gassed up thinking about it. Sharkootery is something that's pleasant

and always goes with a pleasant experience. Nice glass of wine, seeing my friends, a beautiful
