Let's roll the shoulders back, sit in place comfy.

We're going to loose out of your face and your head and your neck.

Think about relaxing the inside of your ears and we're going to

breathe in through our nose and hold and exhale and we're going to do it again, this time thinking of this week's mantra,

sharkuturi.

If you've been a shalloner for a long time,

you know that charcutteri is my sort of like pleasant trigger word for relaxation.

It's my meditation word and when I just find myself needing to calm down I say the word

sharkutary because charteri makes me happy, but not too happy.

It's not like Wiener dog puppy where I'm like, ha ha ha ha!
