need to do to get a six-pack right now? What can I do that's a sustainable model that allows me to thrive, not just today, not just tomorrow, but long term.

Because I think a lot of people put pressure on themselves to, I need to be in shape right now.

I need to get in shape in three months.

But nobody plays a long game.

And that's where people start to thrive is even in business, right? Everyone's worried about what they can get done in one day or one week or one month,

but they're not thinking about what they get done in three years or five years or even 25 years.

And looking at the long game, puts things in perspective and it lets you look at it a little bit different.
