whole new niche for me, right? And it's kind of the niche that I want to dive into, this idea

of integration of muscle and body and mind and this piece that I've kind of been

foraying into lately with the podcast, not just about, hey, let's get as big as possible.

It's like, hey, how could we do this in an intelligent way that integrates the mind and

integrates health? So I've been doing a lot of research lately, like more than normal just because I want to go there and have, you know, kind of carve my own niche, right?

So you're going to have all these people that show up that are experts in their field.

And, you know, I could show up and talk about muscle, but everyone in the room is not going to

give a shit about muscle. So I'm trying to talk about okay, who's going to be in that room and what's going to be their need and how can I contribute in the greatest way.
