The nationalist faction has been announcing loudly to the world that they have taken the region and that they hold it completely.

Everyone believes this.

There's no way to prove otherwise because there are no journalists in the area.

Except Robert Kappa.

Robert Kappa is there taking pictures of everything that's going on and sending them to newspapers and magazines, proving this is a lie, that the Republicans still in fact hold the city and that things are not going as badly as the nationalists would have you believe.
