Sawman Sawyer. We are so incredibly moved by your life's work, your experiences around

child rescue. Pearson, you know, you did such a good job getting the Sawman here in studio.

Give us a little introduction and start off our conversation for us.

I don't think I could do it justice, Honestly, I mean, the history of this guy,

it's unbelievable. This is the American that we wish we all were, honestly. He's fighting the

fight that a lot of us can't fight. A lot of us are too afraid to fight. He's Navy SEAL,

Marine. Now he rescues children. And it's, he's, you know know people say this a lot but he is absolutely doing

god's work and i wish we had a million more of men like you saw man uh you uh you now are leading

vets for child rescue give us a give us a sense of what brought you to that critically important

mission yeah well i was a just a busted up veteran and father when give us a sense of what brought you to that critically important mission.

Yeah, well, I was just a busted up veteran and father when we were guys from several

different agencies.

We're sitting smoking cigars, a poolside in Houston, Texas one night.

And one of the guys from the intelligence community that I'd known for years began breaking down for me what he was learning about child trafficking in Houston

and how the traffickers enjoyed impunity there, very little enforcement,

and how bold and how pervasive the crime was.

And I'd grown up there, and it felt very personal to me.

It felt like an invasion of the worst evil came to my hometown.
