Basically I had a sign on my forehead that said I'm a realtor and I would sit there and I would talk to every single person who walked into the door.

You have to be that way if you want to be successful as a real estate agent on that side of the business because it's all about telling people what you do for a living.

So I'm this huge believer at anything money related you have to know how to read people because you need to know how to filter out the bad people before they get too close to you and affect you negatively and you need to know how to bring awesome people closer.

What are traits specific Lee that you look for to avoid will start with.

You said one of them which is people who come to you and say I want to work with you because I want to get rich quick.

I think that's one of the most important things in all business is reading people.

Yes.

We're in a situation now where if we weren't on the show we would be reading people a little different differently.

Now we have a set of sort of questions right away.

We'll get calls when someone's going to say hey I want to buy a house between three million and twenty million dollars.

Well we now know that's fake.

You're not no looking for three million is buying a twenty vice versa.

So we have a set of about five or six questions.

That's interesting.

Do you get people.

So what are they just tire kickers they want to waste your time.

We're still trying to figure out why but how about I actually used to I mean when we would walk in you look at the first things I do.

I look at someone shoes.

Now by the way this can work both ways.

This is a town where the richest person can be in flip flops and a t-shirt.

Right.

But more of the time I'm always tend to look at somebody's wearing a wash wearing nice shoes wearing a nice belt in a suit.
