Basically I had a sign on my forehead that said I'm a realtor and I would sit there and I would talk to every single person who walked into the door.

You have to be that way if you want to be successful as a real estate agent on that side of the business because it's all about telling people what you do for a living.

So I'm this huge believer at anything money related you have to know how to read people because you need to know how to filter out the bad people before they get too close to you and affect you negatively and you need to know how to bring awesome people closer.
