This week on the business, how far can talent, good looks, and connections get you in Hollywood?

All the way to limbo. Don't go anywhere. It's the

business for NPR. Eric Fleming is charming, good looking, and talented. He wrote, directed,

produced, and starred in the 2004 indie comedy The Almost Guys with Robert Culp and Shawnee Smith.

To make a major, middle score, I give them the million I owe them and we split the other million.

They've got to have the perfect team.

Because Fleming was ill-prepared for life in the business.

I worked in New York.

It was a great, you know, really, really supportive indie scene there.

And they're a really supportive community.

It's really nothing like Hollywood at all.
