And I'm Theo.

We're going to continue speaking about the Constitution.

But before we go into it for this particular show, and Theo will take this away for us,

I want folks to understand something.

If you happen to find yourself in a local court, city, town, whatever, or a county court,

or even perhaps a state court, you might be provided constitutional rights because nobody

knows any better on that level.

And there are stories about lawyers in federal court taking a case and not realizing

that they're in admiralty and having to be briefed

in a matter of minutes by the judge as to what goes and what doesn't go. So there are even lawyers

who find themselves in federal court and don't know what's going on.

So, yeah, everybody speaks about constitutional rights.

Very few people ever use them.

They think that they're just there.

But have you ever get into a situation?

And freedom of expression is a good one.

You'll find out how quick you don't have rights.

But that's for another day as well.

In this case, we'll go back and speak to this, but remember, the word constitutional rights gets bandied about a lot.

Most people don't know what they're talking about.

Most people don't realize they have them or they don't have them because they never really get into that realm.
